ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
  • Most ready-made items (non-custom) will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment (with the exception of archival prints + canvas prints***)

  • Shipment times may be delayed in peak seasons, specifically from November to January.

  • Due to increased shipping delays experienced by all carriers due to COVID, your order may take longer than expected to arrive. You will receive tracking information with the email on file once your order has shipped.

  • Commissioned artwork takes 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Courtney will be in touch with you directly to give you an estimate on your order processing time. Email c@flowandroot.com ahead of time if you need a rush order.

    ARCHIVAL PRINTS + CANVAS PRINTS***

    All Flow and Root canvas prints and archival prints are printed through a third party print shop, who handles all fulfillment, inventory management and shipping for these items. You will be notified of shipping updates directly from them. See our return policy for Pixel's 30-day return policy.

    POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

    Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, including unavailable art supplies to complete your project at our preferred retailers.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    At this time, we can deliver original and physical prints to anywhere in the US. Archival, canvas and framed prints fulfilled by our Print-on-Demand partner ship worldwide.

    Shipping rates are based on weight and your preferred shipping method.

    ORIGINAL ARTWORK

    Original artwork shipping costs will include an additional $200 USD, to include insurance and packaging to ensure your artwork gets to you safe. Insurance will protect you, the buyer, in the event your artwork is lost or damaged in transit.

    LOCAL PICK-UP  (DENVER, CO)

    Local to Denver, Colorado or the surrounding suburbs? We offer local-pick-up from our studio location in Westminster (80030). We will be in touch with you via email to arrange this upon purchase.

    SHIPMENT ISSUES

    If for any reason you cannot locate your package or an item is delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do as much as we can to try to locate your package. We are not, however, responsible for replacing lost or damaged original or commissioned artwork if you order without investing in insurance.
